HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
- Participants will be expected to follow a 5-day per week workout plan that includes videos and/or written workouts. All workouts can be done from home.
- Exercises will be appropriate for all levels with modified options for beginners.
- Participants will be required to pay in advance and complete all healthcare forms, waiver forms, and liability forms before the bootcamp begins.
- Participants will be required to have daily check-ins with me.
